The challenge

Pinpoint's default page signals 'ATS', not 'employer'

The out-of-the-box Pinpoint job board is clean and functional — but it looks like a product, not a place people want to work.

SME teams lack resource to build custom careers sites

Most growing teams using Pinpoint don't have a web developer available to build something bespoke. So the default stays.

Candidate experience inconsistency

When your LinkedIn presence, website, and job listing all look different, candidates notice — and confidence drops.

How Voyse helps

Launch fast, look polished

Your careers site, job listings, and visual job ads all pull from the same brand system — so candidates get a coherent experience end to end.

How the Pinpoint integration works

Pinpoint's built-in career site builder is a solid starting point — it's included in the platform and lets you apply your logo, colours, and some basic styling. But it comes with a fixed structure you can't change, limited SEO control, no proper CMS for managing employer brand content, and restricted use of video. You get what you get. Voyse is for teams who need more than that — full structural control, rich media, proper content management, and the ability to apply different templates to different jobs based on their properties.
Pinpoint offers four career site options, ranging from their team building a basic site for you through to a fully custom build using their Jobs API. Voyse uses Option 4 — the full Jobs API with custom job listings and application forms — which Pinpoint themselves describe as offering "full customisation and flexibility." It's also the option they acknowledge "usually comes with a heavy tech lift on your dev team." Voyse delivers that level of customisation without the tech lift.
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons growing teams choose Voyse over Pinpoint's built-in builder. Voyse uses Pinpoint's custom fields to map jobs to different templates, visual treatments, or brand experiences. In practice this means you can have a distinct Early Careers careers site, a separate experience for a sub-brand, or campaign-specific appearances for priority hiring pushes — all driven by how you tag roles in Pinpoint, with no manual work required when a new role goes live.
Voyse handles the full candidate journey end to end, including the application form. Candidates browse, engage with your employer brand content, and apply — all within your branded Voyse careers site. All application data flows directly into Pinpoint as normal, so nothing changes for your TA team's workflow inside the ATS.
Yes, and this is a meaningful limitation of Pinpoint's built-in builder. Voyse gives you full control over page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, canonical URLs, schema markup, and site architecture — all the elements that determine how well your careers site and individual job pages rank in search. Pinpoint's builder offers limited SEO control because the structure is fixed. With Voyse, your careers site is built to rank.
By default, Voyse syncs with your Pinpoint job feed every hour, so new roles typically appear on your careers site within 60 minutes of going live in Pinpoint. For teams that need faster updates, we also support manual syncs triggered from the Voyse platform, and webhook-based syncing for near-instant updates. Your TA team never needs to manually republish a role.
A standard branded careers site can be live within days. A full solution with custom design, multiple brand templates, Early Careers or sub-brand experiences, and approval rounds typically takes 6–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Once deployed, the platform is self-service: your team manages content, templates, and job mapping directly without coming back to Voyse for routine updates.
Rarely. The only point where engineering is typically needed is applying a DNS change if you want your careers site on a custom subdomain (for example, careers.yourcompany.com). Everything else — setup, branding, content management, and ongoing updates — is handled by your TA or employer brand team directly, or by Voyse's customer success team during onboarding.
Yes. If you're currently live on Pinpoint's built-in career site — whether that was built by your team or by Pinpoint's implementation specialists — Voyse can take over the candidate-facing experience with zero disruption to your Pinpoint setup. We handle the cutover, and your ATS workflow remains unchanged throughout.
