The Challenge

Kao sits behind a wide portfolio of consumer brands in beauty and personal care, each with its own look, tone, and hiring story. They had just committed to Greenhouse as their ATS backbone and needed a candidate-facing layer that could keep pace: something that felt coherent at group level but still faithful to individual brands, and that could go live on a demanding timeline rather than after a year-long programme.

Our Solution

We rolled out Voyse job board experiences and wired them into Kao's global ATS infrastructure so roles, locations, and brand logic stayed in Greenhouse while presentation sat with Voyse. Alongside that, we built a set of visual job ad templates tailored to their sub-brands, with mapping rules so the right creative followed the right requisition without manual design work on every post.

The aim was simple in principle: one operational model for TA, many distinct faces to the candidate market.

The Result

Kao shipped a bespoke global job board within weeks, covering multiple international markets, three core divisions, and 14 global brands, all connected to the same ATS. Candidates saw brand-appropriate journeys; recruiters weren't fighting duplicate workflows or off-system spreadsheets to keep it all consistent.
